Synergy Builders
is owned by Carol
Warkoczewski, is located in Austin, Texas, and was
originally established to focus on the needs of the
design and construction industry, including architects,
engineers, constructors, owners, and operators. It has
now broadened its scope to other industries, as the
principles it utilizes are highly transferable.
Synergy Builders provides
professional services in Project Partnering, meeting
facilitation, addressing project issues, organizational
betterment, leadership and staff development, and custom
workshops in a variety of focus areas such as
team-building, managing conflict, and effective
communications.
In most cases, Synergy Builders works directly with a
client to build a workshop to meet their unique needs,
and integrates a select
professional team to address those requirements.

Transformation Tools.

I began Synergy Builders to
help produce effective, successful projects and to enhance
leadership, team, and organizational success.
I especially understand the unique attributes of the
design/construction industry and am dedicated to bringing the
professional resources required to address all my
clients' needs.
Two of my core values are exploration
and learning. I strive to be a life-long learner and world
explorer, valuing the diversity and wisdom of all people and
experiences. |
