Carol is the Owner, Chief Facilitator, and Consultant at Synergy Builders Consulting. She is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership and Ethics (St. Edwards University), and has a Leader in Collaborative Project Delivery certificate from the Institute for Leadership in Capital Projects (I-LinCP). Carol is a registered architect, and over her 40 year career has held the positions of Senior Project Manager (various), Assistant Director of Resource Management (University of Texas-System), Chief of Operations (CII/FIATECH), and City Architect of the City of San Antonio.
